3. In case of oil fire, only use foam, start the fire pump, and mix foam to extinguish the fire. It is strictly forbidden to inject water into the oil storage equipment
4. When the electrical equipment is on fire, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and then use carbon dioxide and dry powder fire extinguishers to extinguish the fire. It is strictly forbidden to use foam and water to avoid conductive injury
5. Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the oil area. Anyone entering the oil area should hand over the fire. There should be obvious fire signs in the oil area
6. Hot work in the oil area must be approved by the branch factory, safety supervision office and fire prevention department, and reliable safety measures must be taken. Hot work can only be carried out after filling in the hot work ticket and going through the approval procedures
7. It is forbidden to stack inflammables and explosives in the oil area. The equipment and pipelines must be clean, and the sticky oil must be removed in time. It is forbidden to plant crops in the oil area, so as to confirm the source of abrasive particles and remove weeds in time. Fire fighting passages must always be kept unblocked
8. The lightning protection devices and grounding devices in the oil unloading area, oil irrigation area and oil pump room must be good. In the thunderstorm season every year, it must be recognized that the machinery manufacturers in Asia and the Pacific can obtain the advantage of rapid delivery. The real inspection and measurement of the grounding resistance, whose resistance value is not greater than 5, and the ventilation equipment in the oil pump room should be good
9. In the oil unloading area, the chimney of the locomotive should be fastened with fire gauze, and it is not allowed to start the air blower and remove the slag. The running speed of the locomotive should be less than 5 km/h. sudden braking is not allowed, the hook should be slow, and the car body should not be "said yingkai Shi. It is allowed to stay on the railway insulation section automatically calculated by the computer according to the experimental parameters and conditions set at the beginning of the experiment, so as to prevent the current from entering the oil unloading line from the car body
10. Staff entering the oil area should strictly abide by the oil area access system, and outsiders should register in the registration book
11. Operators should use copper tools and explosion-proof flashlight when operating and checking. The maintenance of all electrical equipment in the oil area must be carried out without power
12. When working on the oil pipeline, the oil source must be cut off and the operation can only be carried out after steam purging
13. When unloading oil, if there is a lightning strike over the oil area or a fire alarm nearby, stop unloading oil immediately
14. The fuel temperature should be strictly monitored. It is not allowed to exceed 45 ℃ and not allowed to be lower than 25 ℃. If the oil temperature is too high, find out the cause and deal with it
15. The personnel on duty in the oil area must understand the nature of fuel oil and relevant explosion-proof regulations, be familiar with the use of fire-fighting equipment, and memorize the fire alarm number: 119
