Therefore, at the same time of design, the purchaser can purchase in advance. After the design is completed, if materials need to be purchased, they can purchase again. According to the material demand provided by the order, the actual inventory provided by the inventory system, the in transit purchase quantity of the purchase order, production scheduling and other data, the system can calculate the materials required to meet the production plan, generate purchase requisition suggestions, and use them as the basis of the purchase plan. 3. Reorder point method this method is usually used for the purchase requisition of ink, glue and other auxiliary materials. This method can be applied by ERP system automatically. Unlike MRP, it requires rigorous data processing, but the inventory should be correct, and the preset ordering point, economic ordering quantity, safety stock and other data should also be reasonable
