Analysis of conveyor belt characteristics (Part 1)

I. overview

The internal and external quality of the conveyor belt itself is also related to the smooth progress of the production process. II. Special driving performance of tile line

1. Firmness: during the production and operation process, the conveyor belt continuously bears, resists and overcomes many high-strength stresses and related factors:

(1) pressure load (the gravity roll pressure system presses on the conveyor belt)

(2) friction, that is, the high friction between the conveyor belt and the paperboard and the friction between the pressure system (gravity roll) and the conveyor belt

(3) tension, also known as transmission force, will have a long-term and benign development in the domestic friction and wear testing machine industry! Due to the pressing friction between gravity rollers, conveyor belts, cardboard, heating plates and other different materials, the running tension of the conveyor belt must overcome the friction between the cardboard and the conveyor drive side and the pressure system and the other side of the conveyor belt. High friction will produce high tension (as shown in the figure). The friction between the conveyor belt and cardboard will produce 3000kg tension. The higher the pressure load, the higher the friction resistance between the conveyor belt and the pressure system. (4) temperature and humidity: the surface temperature of the heating plate (generally 170 ℃). It is transmitted to the conveyor belt through the cardboard, so the temperature of the conveyor belt itself is maintained at about 70 ℃, and the belt itself is still running under a certain humidity
